How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings:
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ProgramU
- Android: Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ProgramU
To prevent your next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your access continues until the end of that period.
How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, or email
privacy@programu.app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — journal entries, intake responses, session history, voice clone, and generated audio files. Most deletions complete within 24 hours.
My session isn't generating. What do I do?

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us at support@programu.app with your account email and we'll investigate.
Can I use ProgramU while listening to other apps?

Yes. Set voice volume to 1% and music to 0% in the player — your subliminal runs silently beneath Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or anything else.
What's the difference between session types?

Subliminals run 24/7 in the background. Meditations and Hypnosis require focused listening. EFT Tapping involves physical tapping along with audio. All are generated specifically for your intention.
I was charged but don't have access. What do I do?

Email support@programu.app with your Apple ID email and purchase date. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
