The Identity Audit — What Do You Actually Believe About Yourself
Most people have never actually looked at what they believe about themselves. This is the audit that changes everything.
You have a self-concept. Every human does. It is the collection of beliefs — conscious and subconscious — that define who you are, what you are capable of, what you deserve, and how the world works in relation to you. Most people have never consciously examined this self-concept. They have simply lived it, mistaking it for reality rather than recognizing it as programming. The identity audit is the practice of pulling that programming into the light so you can see exactly what is running your life.
The audit is not comfortable. It requires you to look honestly at the stories you have been telling yourself — not the aspirational ones you perform for the world, but the ones that run in the background when you are alone, when you fail, when you are afraid, when you look in the mirror. Those background stories are your actual identity program. And until you see them clearly, you cannot change them.
The Audit — work through these slowly and honestly. Write your answers without editing:

What do I believe I deserve in relationships? Do I believe I am someone who is deeply chosen, deeply valued, deeply loved — or do I believe I have to earn it, perform for it, or settle for less than I want?
What do I believe about my body? Not the goal — the current baseline belief. What does the voice say when you look in the mirror without any filter?…
