About the free tier

One subliminal you create yourself (any focus, your choice of voice and music, yours to keep), live CollectiveU sessions twice a day (12 PM and 9 PM ET), four Archive starter tracks (one per modality), Return to Self resets and the daily Micro Decision, 12 EducateU articles, and your daily Identity Reflection and journal. No monthly credits — creating more starts with Full Access. CollectiveU runs at 12 PM and 9 PM ET — two daily sessions, one area of life per day.

Credits

Credits create. Listening is free.

You spend credits only to create — generating a subliminal, EFT, meditation, or hypnosis, starting the 90-day program, or talking with ReflectU (1 credit = 10 messages or 2 minutes of voice). Listening never costs credits — playing the Archive, EducateU, CollectiveU, and Return to Self spends nothing.

Pricing FAQ

The fine print, plainly.

The starter sessions cover all four modalities: Unshakeable Self-Worth, Deep Rest & Nervous System Reset, The Confidence Core, Tapping Out of Anxiety.
Starting the monthly plan begins with 7 days free (one free trial per account) — and your trial comes with 10 real credits, so you can genuinely generate sessions and talk to ReflectU (1 credit = 10 messages or 2 voice minutes) before paying anything. Your 90-day program can start on the trial too — free during the trial, its 10 credits come off only when you convert. Voice cloning unlocks when your trial converts. Prefer to pay today? The annual plan is billed immediately — 2 months free. Your trial also includes 25 Kaion messages and a 5-minute call on us before the credit meter starts.
Yes. Sign in on the ProgramU app with the same login and your plan and credits are already there — nothing to buy twice. On Android, sign in with email or Google (Sign in with Apple works on iPhone and the web). Manage or cancel a web subscription from your Account page on programu.app, not in the App Store or Google Play.
Yes. Web subscriptions cancel anytime from your Account page. If you subscribed in the mobile app, cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. No phone calls, no email threads.
Yes — Full Access is everything in ProgramU: $19.99/month or $199.99/year (2 months free). 30 credits a month power your sessions, ReflectU conversations, and the 90-day program. No tiers to compare, no features held back.
Yes — ReflectU runs on the same credits as everything else, at a stated rate: 1 credit = 10 messages or 2 minutes of live voice. Your 30 monthly credits cover up to 300 messages or 60 voice minutes if you spent them all there. The conversation shows your balance as you go — never a surprise.
Credits are the one currency across ProgramU — you spend them to create, never to listen. One credit buys a subliminal or 10 ReflectU messages or 2 ReflectU voice minutes. Full Access refills 30 credits on your billing date. Listening never costs credits: playing the Archive, EducateU, and CollectiveU spends nothing.
Subliminals cost 1 credit, EFT 2, meditation 3, hypnosis 4. The BeingU 90-day program costs 10 credits upfront and covers all three phases. Voice cloning costs 1 credit to create (+1 per session that uses your cloned voice).
They do. Your monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle, and whatever you didn't use rolls over, up to 60 on your balance. Credits you buy in a pack are different: they never expire and stay on your balance until you use them, on top of each month's grant. Creating is part of Full Access, so pack credits are spendable whenever you're on the plan.
You keep everything you've already generated, your Archive access, and CollectiveU sessions. New generation and ReflectU pause until your monthly refill — or buy a credit pack to keep going.
Yes. 25 credits for $12.99, 50 credits for $24.99, 100 credits for $39.99. Packs are one-time purchases for Full Access members — during the trial too — and pack credits never reset.
Cancel anytime. Your purchased credits and the sessions you've made don't disappear — but on the Free plan you can't use those leftover credits (creating is a paid feature) and you can't play the sessions you made while subscribed (your free subliminal always stays playable). Everything unlocks again when you resubscribe.

Four starter sessions are waiting on the free tier.
