There is an energy that runs through everything. It is your life force. Your creative energy. The current that, when it is flowing freely, makes you magnetic, generative, and deeply connected to your own existence. And when it is blocked, suppressed, or disconnected from — it shows up as flatness, forcing, pushing, and a life that feels like it is happening to you rather than through you.
What most people call sexual energy is not separate from creative energy. It is the same current. The same life force that moves through intimacy moves through art, through business, through the way you walk into a room. When that energy is free it expresses as aliveness, desire, magnetism, and creative power. When it is shut down — through shame, through old conditioning, through the belief that wanting is dangerous or that your desire cannot be trusted — it goes underground. And a life force that has gone underground cannot fully power the life you say you want.
