100K Minds: Official Rules

The 100K Minds race (the “Race”) is run by ProgramU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“ProgramU,” “we,” “us”), together with the Frequency Noir YouTube channel. The Race is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube or Google. By entering, you release YouTube and Google from any liability related to the Race.

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The Race is open worldwide, except where it is prohibited or restricted by law, and void where prohibited. The people who run ProgramU and Frequency Noir, and the members of their households, cannot win.

Two steps make one entry:

1. Comment on any Frequency Noir video with your “I am” statement, the person you are becoming. For example: “I am calm when it counts.”
2. Submit the entry form at programu.app/journey with your email address and the YouTube handle you commented from, confirming you are 18 or older and agree to these rules.

Liking the video and subscribing to the channel are encouraged, but they are not required to win: we cannot see who liked a video, and private subscriptions are not visible to us.

One entry per person. Extra comments or forms do not add chances. Entries must come from a real person using their own YouTube account; entries made with bots, scripts or multiple accounts are disqualified.

Comments must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines. An entry whose comment does not comply is disqualified.

Each time the Frequency Noir channel's subscriber count first reaches 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, 75,000 and 100,000 (as shown in YouTube Studio), we draw one winner at random from all eligible entries received before that milestone was reached. Draws usually happen within 7 days, live on the channel. Your odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Each person can win one prize. If someone is drawn a second time, we draw again.

Before a prize is awarded, we check that the winner's “I am” comment was posted from the YouTube handle on their entry. If it was not, we draw again.

We email the winner at the address on their entry. The winner has 14 days to reply to that email or to write to support@programu.app. If we don't hear back, we draw another winner. We may announce winners' YouTube handles on the Race page and on the channel.

Full Access is valued at $199.99 a year ($19.99 a month) and is applied directly to the winner's ProgramU account. A Potent Frequency Field is a custom audio made for the winner by Frequency Noir and has no listed price. An Energetic Precision session is a 90-minute one-to-one session from HerTruth, valued at $900, its price at hertruth.app/one-to-one; we arrange it with the winner by email.

Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.

Everyone who enters receives a ProgramU code by email. Enter it when you sign up for ProgramU, or later under “Have a code?” (Profile in the app, Account on the web). It adds 10 credits to your free week: 20 credits instead of 10 when you start the free week on the web or from the app's welcome screen, or 15 instead of 5 if you start it later in the app. If your account is already on a plan, the 10 credits are added right away.

Once per account. Credits have no cash value, and ProgramU's Terms of Service apply. The free week becomes Full Access unless you cancel before it ends.

You keep ownership of your comment. By entering, you allow ProgramU and Frequency Noir to quote your “I am” statement, without your name or handle, in content about the Race, for example a community frequency built from everyone's statements. If you'd rather we didn't, email support@programu.app.

What we collect: your email address, your YouTube handle and the time of your entry, plus your public comment.

Why:to run the Race, send you your code, and check and contact winners. We don't add you to any mailing list: you get one email when you enter, and another only if you win.

Who handles it:ProgramU, which keeps entries on its own systems, and Resend, the service that delivers ProgramU's emails. We never sell it.

How long: while the Race runs, and we delete entries within 90 days after it ends.

Your choices: you can ask to see or delete your entry at any time by emailing support@programu.app. Deleting your entry removes you from future draws. How the ProgramU app handles your data is in our Privacy Policy.

The Race starts when the entry page goes live and runs until the channel reaches 100,000 subscribers, or until we end it with notice on this page. If something outside our control, such as fraud, technical problems or a change in YouTube's policies, affects the fairness of the Race, we may change, pause or end it. Draws for milestones already reached still happen.

By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected, or for technical failures outside our control. To the extent the law allows, ProgramU, Frequency Noir and HerTruth are not liable for any loss or injury arising from the Race or a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
